I have shown an intolerance to Ascorbic Acid. Does this mean I can't have Vitamin C? | TMI Testing

An intolerance to ascorbic acid will be to the E number specifically and not to Vitamin C. Vitamin C is still perfectly fine to consume in foods items, we simply recommend avoiding ascorbic acid in the form of E300 Ascorbic Acid in food items.
