Since 2016, we have been using our own lab facilities to help and support our clients on their journey to better health. Our HQ is located in the centre of the UK in Castle Donington, but we serve customers worldwide.
Our team is led by experienced professionals, including a skilled Lab Manager and Microbiologist within our own onsite laboratory.
With a focus on continuous improvement, we aim to enhance our service levels and expand the variety of tests available to our clients. At TMI Testing, we strive to ensure every sample is handled with the utmost care and accuracy, delivering consistent and trustworthy results.
Our laboratory
Our state-of-the-art testing facilities are designed to deliver exceptional results for blood and hair samples. Our labs are ISO 9001:2015 accredited, ensuring we meet rigorous standards for quality management.
Upon receiving your sample, the lab team checks it, and you are notified that the testing process has started. Depending on the type of test, your sample is directed to the hair testing lab. Results are typically available within 7 working days and are sent directly to your nominated email address.
After testing, our clinical waste disposal company safely disposes of any remaining sample material, and all related documentation is securely destroyed. We maintain your records in compliance with GDPR using our secure customer-made service provider.
To support you, our dedicated customer service team is available email. Expert assistance is provided by customer service agents and a panel of nutritional therapists. We are here to address any queries you may have regarding nutrition and test results.
